How we dffer from other firms:

Clients receive copies of all correspondence sent from our offices.
All phone calls are returned within 24 hours; most calls are usually returned the same business day.
During litigation, opposing counsel has the right to take the deposition of an injured client. This is when the client gives testimony under oath and must answer many difficult questions about his/her case. We offer detailed preparation for our clients so our clients are well prepared and comfortable with the deposition process.
In an automobile cases, medical bills are paid by the injured client’s insurance company. We prepare all forms at no cost to the client.
Property damage claims in car accidents are routinely negotiated by the firm; there is no charge for this service.
Our legal fee has remained 33 1/3 % of the gross recovery for 30 years. This fee is a contingency fee, which means no payment is due to the firm unless there is a recovery on your behalf.
The initial consultation in a negligence matter is free.
Clients are advised of all developments in the negotiation of their cases. Clients are advised of the exact amount that they will net before settlement is finalized. There is never a time when a client receives less than he thought he would receive after settlement is authorized.
The final decision of whether to litigate or settle a case is always left to the client. We make recommendations; the client makes the final decision.
